Our annual filings are prepared and reviewed by a certified public accountant and submitted on time each year in compliance with IRS requirements. We also carry Directors and Officers (D&O) insurance and maintain annual board training and policy reviews to ensure best practices in nonprofit governance.

Teton Rock Gym fulfills all state and federal reporting obligations and welcomes good-faith inquiries related to our governance and compliance.
